Sometimes just sliding a bald base over from your inventory to your avatar can fix this. However, what works for one person one day, may not always work on another day or for a different person. And so, please take a look at this useful link.

Although written for the Phoenix third party viewer, it works for all viewers. Work from the top of the information slowly until you find your own solution.
