There is not much you can do if the merchant is not willing to refund you, arne. LL wont get involved in this and would consider it is a dispute between residents. However, you can flag the item and write a bad review on it.

There is nothing that you can do.  Most merchants have a policy that all sales are final. Even if that is not the case with this merchant, just like in RL you have to return the outfit to get your money back.  If the outfit is copy only you can't do that.  

LL will not get involved in this matter as they consider it a resident to resident dispute. 

Perhaps if you take a picture of  yourself wearing the outfit and explain what your problems are someone can help you resolve them.

I've bought outfits that turned out to have problems. What I do is take a photo showing the problem and include it in a notecard along with an explanation and ask the creator to fix the problem and send me a replacement. It could be a texture issue or a part that is meant to be modifiable but isn't. In one instance, the creator obviously couldn't be bother fixing the texture issue and refunded my money and in other cases, the creator has fixed the issue and sent me a replacement outfit or part. One even sent me the outfit in four other colours as well and thanked me for highlighting the texture error.

If it's a problem that is solveable by you, such as having to edit your shape to perfectly fit a mesh outfit, it's not likely a creator will offer anything as demos are available for mesh in most instances and never buy a mesh outfit where a demo is not available.
