firestorm seems to not be able to have music playing when I walk into a club. is there a setting?

Look in Preferences, in the Media tab.  Check the box that allows media to autoplay when entering a new region.

While this will do waht you want, I do not recommend it.  It's safer to go to your club, then click the Play button in the upper right corner of your viewer to hear the music.
