Hi I recently downloaded DAZ Studio 4.5 and with the lack of tutorials it's quite hard to figure out. I've messed around with a few aniBlocks in the aniMate2 section just to see what I could do and so far I've merged some of these aniBlocks to create a single animation. My only problem is that when I go to export and upload to Second Life, it seems to be stuck at one "pose" rather than playing the whole animation. I've noticed in other forums that were was a plug-in created for this BVH issue and SL but the links are invalid.

Any suggestions or thoughts about what I could do to get around this?

Actually that bug should be fixed since 4.5

Here is a full how-to tutorial for creating and exporting animations and poses from DAZ.

T
he plugin you are possibly looking for is http://www.gofigure3d.com/site/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=92&Itemid=86

However if the file just plays the first frame there might be something wrong with how it was created. The first frame is very important and should not be tinkered with in wrong ways. To learn more about it and SL animations in general:

Since you said you couldn#t find much tutorials for DAZ and SL animations, here are a few:

I am using Daz 4.5 also, when you want to export into sl, always save your anim in for yourself first .

There's a little man with an arrow and a square (save to disc thing) click on that , give a name to your anim and then another pop up, in this one make sure u check the ''animated range'' not the '' current frame only''. Then u do file export etc... and it should be fine on SL. I never had problems with that before unless I was not clicking ''animated range''.
