Seriously, though, you buy animations for it. Look for "kiss" HUDS on the marketplace, or "cuddle HUD," or "hugs and kisses." You buy it (there are some for free, but generally speaking you get what you pay for), unbox it if necessary, wear it, and use it. There should be instructions included with most of them, if you need help figuring out how to use it.

ETA: Rolig's not wrong about the poor aim of many kiss/hug HUDs. They're not ideal, but they're all we have. When using, try to position your avatar correctly in relation to the other avatar, and try to choose a HUD that is either sized correctly for your avatar (for instance, if you are short, try one with poses for short avis) or look for one that is adjustable or that has multiple different height settings programmed it. It still won't be perfect.

Even the best kiss HUDs are sort of lame, if you ask me.  The ones I have seen all aim a bit wrong, like 12-year-olds kissing for the first time.  If you decide to buy one, be sure to try a demo first.

For portable use, a hug and kiss HUD.  I think the ones by Meike are the best.

For better animations, more variety, and the ability to adjust positions, poseballs are better.  You may find poseball pairs as stand-alone items, or created by scripted furniture like beds, couches, rugs, spas, and just about anything else you can think of.
