i want to be creater for clothes,but i dont know  hot to do.

There are a ton of tutorials at http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Clothing_Tutorials and Google is your friend for another ton.  Personally, I recommend Natalia Zelmanov's blog, even though it is now dated a bit.  She has perhaps the easiest way of presenting things, and the best illustrated too.  Other than that, get yourself a copy og GIMP or Photoshop and just start practicing.
