Hello!

 

Why is my order history blank? I need to get an order information that I can get a replacement dress for the one that got lost!!!

how can i see it.,,,, is there a bug?

If the order was placed on the marketplace, the order history shouldn't be blank. Log out, then log back in. Go to "Marketplace > My Marketplace > Order History" and see if it appears. If it doesn't, try the instructions below:

If the order was not placed on the marketplace, then of course it won't be there. If it was a recent inworld purchase, go to the main page of this website, "My Account > Transaction History." Don't forget to change the start date! The default is to look at purchases from the current day only, so if you didn't buy the item today, you'll need to navigate further back using the drop-down menu at the top of the screen on that page. You can view transaction here going back 30 days, or 500 transactions, whichever comes first. Marketplace transactions also appear here.
