Not being allowed in sim

I am trying to get into a sim to buy a home. Keeps saying I am not allowed in the region? My setting r set to adult etc. Anyone know why?

The best bet is to contact the owner of the sim.  There are any number of reasons why you cannot access the sim. It could be because your SL age is not old enough, or maybe you need to belong to a specific group, or you need payment information (or payment information used) on file with LL, and you might even be banned by name.  Only the owner can tell you why.
