We can't do a thing to help, I'm afraid.  This is a resident-to-resident Answer service.  Lindens never come here or even read posts.  Your best course of action is to file a support ticket or, if you have a billing question, to call the Linden Lab Billing Office. They can't tell you anything about why your ad was removed, but if you have a non-technical issue related to billing concerns, you can call one of the following toll-free numbers:
