I need to speak to a support person about logging on to second life ive tried everything from router restarts to location changing but it always say grid status report.!!! Help!!

Unless you have a premium account, there is no one you will be able to talk to. 

You'd better have a look on your dashboard ASAP: rolling restarts are going on (as usual on Tuesdays and Wednesdays). :smileywink:

The OP had the same problem yesterday >> http://community.secondlife.com/t5/Account/help-me-please/qaq-p/1955225 . If nothing I suggested works and he's not on one of the RC servers, he has something more serious going on.
