is there way to make sl poses with my avatar? not the default avatar.

 

 

and i dont want the inworld pose maker things i want to make it out of SL like in poser pro or quavimator or w.e other program lets you use your avatar instead of secondlifes ruth

A mesh avatar is worn over the default avatar mesh and doesn't replace it.  So I makes no difference what the avatar looks like that you use to create your animations as long as it conforms to the animation specs of the SL avatar. If not they won't work correctly in SL.  The link below gives you the information you need.
