I have been going through all my creations and converting what I can to convex hull to take advantage of the optimized land impact provided by doing so, especially since the restrictions on prims with scripts was eased.  My question is about objects that are used as attachments, where land impact is not something that has to be taken into account as far as prim count.  Does anyone know if converting to convex hull provides any optimization for rendering?  Would going through my line of jewelry and converting to convex hull, thereby lowering the land impact, provide any relief to resident's client graphic rendering load?

The hull shape is all about physics, which has nothing to do with graphics.  So, no, it wouldn't serve any purpose to do it to your attachments.  All it would do is change the label, nothing more.
