I purchased a premium membership , I bought a sex couch and it wont let me laod it why?

I have premium member ship and it came with a home I ordered a sex couch and for some reason it wont load in the room , and its sitting in my room with a truck, how do I load this ?

If you have unpacked the delivery box to your inventory and the bed is refusing to rez, have you checked to see how many prims it has?  You may be too close to the prim limit for your parcel.  If so, you won't be able to rez the bed until you delete a few things.
