I bought clothing--none of these items came to my inventory, what can I do?.

I went to Kasen Kazan's 'Menlosophy' men's clothing store and bought some pants, jeans and a shirt. I saw the money in my account subtracted, but nothing came into my inventory. I wrote to the merchant (Kazan) but got no response and the items are still not in my inventory.

Weird. In search, Kazen Kazan's profile says the name if not available. :smileysurprised:

You may file a support ticket. Don't forget to include your transaction number and details of the items, copying that from your transaction history.

Actually you can't file a support ticket because you bought it in world and not on MP. 

That line of clothing is sold by affiliate or franchise vendors so the items were probably packed in one or more boxes  Check your inventory objects folder to see if they aren't there.  If they did rez them on the ground and right click and select open.

If they are not in your objects folder, then you have to continue to try to contact the person who sold them to you who will have to contact the creator, whom he or she represents to have them redelivered.  Be patient though as merchants are not necessarily in SL every day  I would suggest you send a notecard with your transaction history showing the purchase of these items along with an explanation that you didn't receive them.

Recheck that name too,  I couldn't find that name in search either.  Your transaction history should have the name of the person who received your money.  That is who to contact.

they may have come packed in your 'object " folder but also may have come in a folder with the items inside. the name of the folder should be the name of the item but also it should start with the name of the store and it can also have a special key like "*" or "!" before or every other special keys.. so check well your inventory.

if you really cant find it, it can also be that you accidentally muted the owner of the store. so check who is the merchants and then check your muted list. If this person is there, this is why you cant recieve anything from this pp. so delete this person from your muted list. then contact him/her, explaining what is the pb and copy and paste your purchase records from your transaction history board on a notecard and send to this person.
