Since update cant log in/crash when i do DBL post Wrong categ.1sr post

I am using the Second Life Viewer and  I clicked on the notice to update my viewer and since doing so I cannot log in. Well I can log in  but before my inventory  friends list or anything even finishes loading I crash. EVERY TIME no notice or anything. Also when I try to log in I do get a notice that there may be an update for my graphics card. My graphics card is up to date and good my computer is 1 year old  at the most so can somebody please tell me how to fix this? And as I  have stated in all post I have posted I am kinda computer dumb so it  has to be simple  I mean explained step by step and very easy.  I am using WINDOWS7 And please don't suggest that I try using FIRESTORM or PHOENIX viewers because  I have always had problems with them and I HATE  SINGULARITY viewer
