An Abuse Report is not a work order for Linden Lab to clean up the debris.  That's left to the landowner.  All that an AR does is trigger an investigation of the bad guy, possibly leading to suspension or banning.  Landowners have all the tools to delete or return unwanted objects.

ETA:  If it's GoonSquad stuff, as Snickers suggests, here's how to get rid of it >>> http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/exdepart  That griefer device has been around for a while with different names, but you use the same process on all variations.

AR under a different category such as Sexual harassment if it's Goonsquad stuff. If needed, name Governor Linden as the abuser. I have discovered that Premium support, which used to respond to and relay all out griefing attacks, is no longer doing so.

There are some helpful tips in this thread: http://community.secondlife.com/t5/General-Discussion-Forum/Major-UPDATE-ON-Spamming-and-capping-your-IM-chat-LOC-chat-is/td-p/1950351

If you own the land or the sim the prims are on you need to clear them off yourself. If  you know where they are, just return them.  If not, check land tools and see if you can spot the name of the owner of the spamming items. If you don't know their name see if anyone has items rezzed that shouldn't. and return them.

A land owner can also turn on autoreturn to get rid of them, if the objects on the land that you want to stay are owned by you or are set to the group that owns the land.  Keep autoreturn on to avoid this problem in the future.

If they aren't on your land, you will need to get the owner whose land they are over to do this.
