Yes, for a fee of $9.95.  However, there is no guarantee that they will be able to recover your inventory, your avatar, or your account balance.  The longer the account has been dead, the harder it is to revive it.   If you review threads in Answers, you will see that many people with rejuvenated accounts have problems for a while afterwards.  The best adviuce, if you are planning to be away from SL for a while, is to simply walk away and leave the account active.  When you return, your av and your account and inventory will still be there, and there will be no $9.95 fee.
