Rediculous lag on the server today....please address this?

I have rebooted my network 2x. My computer is a savy up to date machine with the best vid card. Today has been rediculous. I hope the techs at Linden Labs are aware. I asked others on my sim and they are having the same issues.

Hi, you won't get support here. However, do you know what server channel your sim is running on (it will be in help and about). Have you tried resetting your sim or is it mainland?

What dou mean "no support"? Help can easily be administered in this case:

- It's ridiculous, not rediculous.

- It's Linden Lab, not Linden Labs.

Not sure what is actually happening, but texture rez is painfully slow over all the channels (it is not my ISP or PC) but varies from sim to sim.  Asset server response is also variable and mostly slow...especially so for items not previously rezzed or worn.

 

Wiseacres apart, something is definitely amiss with the asset servers.  But it is extremely unlikely that this will be read by any Linden Lab employees, since from now until Monday at least they are on a break.  It is Easter weekend.  Something was BOUND to go wrong.:smileytongue:

Something very wrong today. Driving a motorbike is almost impossible because of a flood of script errors and nearly every simcrossing causes a crash no matter how low scripted I am ( only 1 script from the bridge of firestorm ) or how slowly I drive. Texture rezzing is pretty good now for me but it has been very bad the last weeks.

 and the camera bug is back again. With every crossing the camera view gets messed up...
