Ekedo Fhang Posted March 28, 2013 Posted March 28, 2013 Perhaps I'm just missing something, but I'm trying to upload 2 different builds. 1 is 4 objects in a group and the other is a 6 prim object. for some reason I'm unable to list them once uploaded to the marketplace. I've been on the marketplace for awhile and I've never had this problem so I'm not exactly sure what's wrong. I'm thinking it has something to do with this merchant outbox... it's been failing to load and/or send objects to the marketplace.If anyone could help me resolve this I'd be very appreciative and would be willing to give you something from my marketplace for free.

Mo Noel Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 This is the report: Steps to Reproduce I migrated to Direct Delivery, which created a lot of trouble. Actual Behavior several products I have on marketplace can no longer be listed. The button to set them active or inactive is grayed out. However, update of a product listing reports a successful update with no errors. One of my affected products I also was able to order a enhancement for L$ 999, but you had not been able to show that enhancement, as the item was not able to be listed. Some products also seem to have created a doublette. That way a product is shown 2 times in the Manage listings page. After contacting support, the support fined me with not refunding my lost L$ 999, because the affected item suffers form both of these bugs and is internaly 2 times. Support argues, that this is already against TOS, that does not allow to "relist" an item. (Actually it was the migration process that did "relist" it, but without beeing able to really list it. Support also refuses to solve the issue by "relisting" the affected products. So you force me not to sell a dear bunch of my products because of your bugs. If there is a technical issue with your listing, you may file a Bug Report and a member of the Dev Team will research the issue regarding your listing. Since you have chosen to violate the Terms of Service by relisting the product, Linden Lab will not issue a refund for the additional Listing Enhancements that you added to the listing.
