Unfortunately, you can't. You can only access transaction history for the last 30 days, up to 500 transactions. Past 30 days, or 500 transactions, whichever comes first, the history is lost.

However, you can still access your Marketplace transaction history. That goes all the way to the first marketplace purchase you ever made, no matter how long ago or how many transactions you've done. To access that, to the marketplace, log in if you're not already, go to "My Marketplace," "My Account," and "Order History." It'll all be there, most recent transactions first.

Beyond that, however, I'm afraid you're out of luck.

ETA: Unless, of course, you need an account statement. That you can still see. Your account statement will show you USD transactions, such as buying $L, as far back as you need it to. It will not, however, show $L transactions, such as what items you purchased or frmo whom you purchased them.

Transaction History is available on your dashboard at secondlife.com >>> Account, but it only retains records for the most recent 30 days, and then only for up to 500 transactions.  All older records are lost.

Transactions on your Marketplace account, however, are available at https://marketplace.secondlife.com/account for as long as you have been in SL. (Well, at least as long as Marketplace has been around, since the end of 2010.  Records from XStreet\SL and its predecessor are apparently no longer available.)

You can get the monthly account statements for your account with Linden Lab at https://secondlife.com/my/account/statement.php?lang=en-US for each month since you joined.  These do not include your Transaction History, but the record of cash transfers into or out of your account through PayPal or your credit card.
