How to retrieve an acct who forgot her password and the email acct is no longer exist?

I have a friend who changed her password sadly while doing it her laptop automatically shut down coz of low battery. And when shes trying to log in to her acct, she cant open it and sadly her email is no longer existing. What are the steps she needs to do to retrive her acct?
