Im having this same issue. I was on SL then it lagged out and now when i click to run SL i get 'application error dont panic' followed by contact support, but support doesnt give me the option i need.

So, try not panicking.  You've been around since 2009, so you've seen SL do peculiar things a few times. 

I'm not sure what you mean by saying the SL "lagged out", but people profiles are web based.  If your viewer has done something unexpected, it shouldn't affect your browser. (The built-in browser in your viewer could be unresponsive, though.)  Try looking directly at your profile with the browser that you used when you posted your question in this ancient thread a few minutes ago. 

If your viewer is giving you trouble, take the normal steps of rebooting both your router and your modem and restarting the computer.  And get off wireless.
