Marketplace Vendors without an Inworld Store

I realize that SL is chasing away more and more vendors by the very high tier costs. I am looking for a few high quality clothing designers and perhaps builders (for temporary rezzing of your builds so buyers can walk through them), to set up shop for free. Please, no flakes, spammers, or griefers. I am looking for serious vendors who have a Marketplace store, but no inworld location for buyers. Prims will be limited, depending on the number of people interested.

The shops I am using are from *estatica; you will not use your own building. The style is around the turn of the 19th century. If you are interested, send me the link to your MP store and I will contact you. Please note that the area is not ready yet, I just want to have a list of prospective vendors ready.

My plan is to have a few high quality shops to compliment my theater.
