Dont see all the options in edit

when i click to edit any object it does not give me any of the lower tabs ( ie content, texture) WHY???  It was working and then viola it no longer works.  I can log into a different viewer and that works fine.  I have removed everything from my avi and still nothing. I have cleared cache, uninstalled the firestorm viewer and reinstalled and still NOTHING.. this is frustrating as i need to change viewers to rename, edit and everything else.  Thanks for the help

Notice that at the bottom of the Edit tool's toolbox window, there is a narrow horizontal bar with an up arrow; if you click that, the toolbox collapses upward, hiding most details from view, but making more of the screen visible.
