I pay premium monthly. It can be useful when I stop playing for a month or two. Now I billed for the next month by force. 10 dollars is not much money, but I do not want to use a premium because it is useless. If I wanted to use it every month, I would pay a year at a discount. Solicitation illegal, should I go to court?

You get billed in advance, so you just need cancel your premium membership before the next billing period starts.

As to whether you should go to court over it, you'll need to take competent legal advice.   I would be astonished if the answer was anything other than  "stop wasting my time and your money" but who knows?

Lol, go to court? You are not FORCED to remain premium. You can downgrade to basic at any time if you do not use the premium benefits (such as a Linden home or 512 sqm on mainland). You can even change your mind as many times as you wish and become premium again, then basic again,  then premium again, then basic again............etc, etc.
