I have an issue with seeing the feed of 1 person on my friends list. I don’t experience this with any other friends. She posts pictures on her feed but they don’t show up on mine when I ck. In Dashboard under privacy settings I have the following choices selected, for feed I have friends, for follow info I have friends, and for post on your feed I have friends.  Any help would be appreciated how to fix this.  We both have following checked off for each other.

This has to be a bug. In agreement with your friend, try to defriend each other, then befriend again, and reset all permissions. 

Btw, there is something contradictory in your post: firt you say "for follow info I have friends", then you say" We both have following checked off". Following HAS to be checked for both of you.
