Hello! I am Tamara, owner of Pure Shot Photography, second life photo studio and currently I am trying to find new people to join our team while keeping a certain level of quality work combined with relaxed enviroment. These are two most important features; our photographer's work needs to have that certain something and while working as a part of our team, they are not going to feel any pressure that could have negative impact on their art. Only thing I ask is to take the amount of work you are able to do without burning out and respect our clients wishes. Same is for sales representatives, these people are friends first, then staff members. Not forced or feel obliged to be there when they not feel like it.
That being said, please read further if you are interested in joining our team!

Our photographers:

  • Edit photos! This means we do more than simply cut out an avatar and paste it on a background;
  • Have a decent portfolio. And to be precise, have more than a few photos to show, and not only our own avatar;
  • Know how to work with clients, listen what they want and create it;
  • Know the diffference between 1:1 and 4:3 aspect ratio and where to use them;
  • Know how to use liquify tool, to set a composition, to work with light and shadows;
  • Are willing to learn and follow instructions;
  • Are not delusional about their skills;

We have a steady flow of clients, and they are used to get what they want. This means we either do what they ask or let someone else do it. No discussions!
As a part of PSP team you will get everything you need to feel happy and to be able to focus on your art. No matter what type of photos you do, we will bring you clients.
For start there is a probation period which ends after you succesfully finish 10 photos. During that period you will have at least one person available to guide you through, help you and be there for all your needs.
Application box is located next to the entrance wall in our gallery. It says "Photographers" above it. Just click it to get an empty application, fill it in and drag back into the box.

Sales representative is the person:

  • With minimum of 60 days in SL;
  • Dependable and reliable;
  • With customer service skills;
  • Have the ability to work as a part of the team;
  • With decent look, no freebies or nudity;
  • Is willing to change your look if needed;
  • Able to multi-task;
  • With nice polite attitude, no cursing or street talking.

This is not a camping job, and you are not going to be paid simply because you sit afk at our studio. Working hours won't matter and you don't need to be there if the place is empty.
We have a steady flow of clients and each staff member gets a message every time someone visits our gallery. Your job is to teleport there, greet our visitors, answer their possible questions, give out infos and make appointments with our photographers. This usually takes only few minutes of your time.
All you need to know is what client wants and which photographer can make it.

Training will be provided, and every new person will be on probation work for the first 2 weeks during which time they will have at least one of our staff members to assist and help with everything.
Please copy the application questions on a notecard and name it "PSP Sales representative application - your name" and send it to Tamara Artis or Aimina Kytori.
