I am repeatedly logged out using any viewer apart from Phoenix...what can I do?

Only the phoenix viewer works for me....I have tried SL viewer and Firestorm but am continually logged out usually after entering a busy sim....is this a connection problem? My PC is very up to date with a good graphics card...what can I do?....I assume phoenix will not be usable for much longer and need to resolve this problem quickly........

try singularity viewer or cool viewer.

Both are lighter but still really great. even uptodate, you pc may be not compatible with SL viewer or firestorm bec both are heavy.

Thanks but........won't those viewers be rendered obsolete soon?...and anyway the reason I want to grade up is so I can wear more than one alpha layer at a time?

no no, do not worry, these 2 viewers will be updated for the server side bake... so they wont be obsolete. you can use them without any problem.

they allow also to wear multiple layers (i think singularity allow 5 ones, like firestorm)

you should give it a try
