Question

Posted

Earlier, SL crashed and when I re-opened it, my avatar wouldn't show. The white bubble that appears when an avatar is loading, it appears on my avatar and won't load my real avatar body. I tried to load it on both my comps, so it must be something else.

Destiny,

Lets assume that as a result of the crash that your avatar account cache was corrupted

1) Load your viewer and requests a Group Cache Clear as well as a Network Cache Clear.- Then restart the viewer and try to login again. Ctrl-Alt-Del will provire you the Advanced Menu where the Group Cache Clear option is found.

If that fails to work...

2) Perform a manual delete of the avatar account cache as follows:

if i relog, force appearance rebake and still dsnt work, i'll reset my female avatar. which means you'll look like the small next door girl with the pink dress. before that i would save my whole outfit(including shape and such) and once i reset my female avater, the body appear. and then i would use back my own shape that ive saved earlier. hope that helps :)
