I cannot attatch prim items to my avatar and restart always at an info hub . why ?

I cannot attatch any prim items or ao's to my avatar and everytime i reboot or restart i always end up in an info hub to start as if i am new get the choose male or female option as if newb. i have done the clear cache many times .. started at pooley and all the normal routine checks. any guidance would be great .. have multiple tickets in but seems my problem is not to much an issue to be helped right away .. just a paying customer  thanks everyone.. If you just had LL recover your avatar from a deleted status and if you are a Premium Member, get in Live Chat ASAP. It takes a bit to get a previously canceled account running correctly.

I looked at your profile and saw it is still unavailable.

I'm sorry to say you'll need to do this a step at a time until your account is up and operational like normal. Don't be too hard on LL. It was never planned to have the ability to revive canceled accounts. The cancel process sets up a lot of statuses that are acted upon by various LL Server clean-up utilities over a period of months and/or years. These include but are not limited to Asset Server cleanup [your created items owned by others need to be protected], Profile cleanup, avatar statuses, etc.
