What do we do if we dont remember the answers to our security questions when we call LL and we are having problems with billing.   Keep changing to basic and they keep saying we owe money and suspending til we pay but our account says basic.

Ask them. Tell them you don't remember your security question answers. They should ask for RL identifying information, such as a copy of your birth certificate, or of your driver's licence, etc. We can't really help you, but they should be able to.
