He is sole owner of the city. yet i dont plan on having anything but prim babies after the zoobies are born ( no clue when yet ) and after they grow we will look for av's who want to play our children. The Av has to be over 18 since it is an adult sim. I have a sister who is off due to Rl she also is preg. her guy and her are both off due to Rl right now.
