After migration to DD, I have several products that cannot be set to active again.

Whatever I do, the option to activate the isting is grayed out. I followed all support instructions in detail, with no avail.

That products worked fine, before the migration.

What would you suggest to do, as you can't sell the affected products any more.

 

I also have one item that produced a doublet of itself during the migration process. So I have this item two times. One of them is affacted with the issue above and cannot be listed.

Do you think this is a violation of TOS of me?

I ask, because LL support states so and refuses to refund the listing enhancement I purchased for the doublet that is not able to be listet. I did that before I even noticed that there are doublets. I but noticed that there is something wrong as I noticed that the listing enhancement does not show, thus Linden does not provide the service I paid for.

I had that problem, and deleting the product, then re-loading it into the outboc and sending it to the marketplace again fixzed it.

Delete it.

I have over 40 items that were affected this way after migrating from Magic Box to DD.  More than 40 items that don't show up when I load my store page, more than 40 items that I can't make active.... and yet yesterday I was contacted by a customer saying they had purchased one of these "inactive" items and it wasn't delivered (they had all the purchase information, but MP never notified me that there had been a sale).  I've contacted support about this and their instructions were "inactivate the listing and then activate it again".... which isn't possible to do when the listing is already inactive and won't let me activate it!  Then I was told to submit a JIRA report.  Five days later there's been no activity on my JIRA report other than a note saying it was the same as another person's JIRA report.  It hasn't even been assigned to anybody.  What's truly "odd" is that a good number of the 40+items are my better selling items.

What I've started doing is deleting those inactive items one by one, reloading them to the MP, and recreating the listings.  Time-consuming, pain in the rear but it's the only way I've found to get those popular items active again.

Same here,

 

Got this email from them .. "please migrate your stuff from your box to your merchant folder .. it will be like you have to do nothing , smooth sailin`BLA BLAH BLAH."

Nothing works like it should and its like hell to get ANYTHING done in the system!

Its pure customer abuse.

And now i can`t activate new listings aswell :(

Just don't tell that support - they won't support you, they will fine you.
