I have installed adobe flash plugin in firefox and chrome but I can't play flash media videos (like youtube). I'm using Linux mint 13 - 64 bits SO and firestorm viewer.

Thanks for your help.

Pd. I've installed gstreamer from the program installer but it doesn't work. Would I need to install another special package from synaptic? I can play flash media videos now but i can't play videos from the cinema, for example. I see a advertising which it says thay I need quicktime plugin but QT is not available for Linux. Do you know another solution for this?

See if this helps... :smileyhappy:

Movie Playback

PROBLEM:- In-world movie playback doesn't work for me. SOLUTION:- You need to have a working installation of GStreamer 0.10; this is usually an optional package for most versions of Linux. If you have installed GStreamer 0.10 and you can play some movies but not others then you need to install a wider selection of GStreamer plugins, either from your vendor or an appropriate third party.
