Are you talking about social skills, or more about how to use the SL technical interface?

If you are talking about social skills or social situations and how to manage them, there are some Aspergers groups in SL that might have been down that same road and are able and willing to help you. I don't know offhand about others who would deal specifically with helping people learn how to talk to other people. I know those issues come up a lot on some Aspie sites like Wrong Planet, though, so I would assume they do in SL groups as well.
