Trouble logging in on same computer using same email.

Since you used the same email, change yours temporarily. Perhaps it will send her password reset information when it only has one account on that email to worry about.

Remember that passwords are case sensitive, so make sure capslock is not on and that she's remembering which letters are which in her password. 

Which computer was used shouldn't matter one bit. Email, however, does; you're not the first person who's come here having trouble getting recovery emails sent, because they used the same email for multiple accounts.
