Go to  https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ and create a support ticket, using the category Account Issue >> Account Creation Issue.  Include as much information as you can.  Linden Lab may ask you questions to verify your identity before they reset your password.

If you are a Premium member, you may be able to get help from Live Chat also.
