When trying to get into SL, I get the error message in the name, or password. But both are correct

Clearly you are typing your login information correctly as you're are able to log onto SL Answers.

OK please make sure to overtype any characters that may automatically be placed in your login fields. In fact, be sure to uncheck the [  ] Remember Password option and restart your viewer as well.
