Transferring an item to someone

If the item was no copy  and hereby unique (can only be given away completely) and he declined it or the autodecline (when busy or when it timed out) got it,  then it will most likely (new Edit: there are several answers now i'd they say the most mentioned one is winning here:) 'will be gone'  - means neither of you recieves it.

But i will just point towards the other answers in addition ^.^

A correction to Ansariel Hiller's statement, The last time I refused a no-copy transferred item it was simply gone!  Not in the original senders Inventory and not in my trash folder. Just gone! I'm not sure where no-copy limbo is but items go there a lot these days.

Karen has it right!  (And this set of answers really brought a smile to my face.  Not often we see such a series of, um, less than entirely accurate posts!)

When you are in Busy mode, or otherwise decline delivery of a No Copy item, it vanishes into the ether, and does not appear in anybody's Trash or indeed in anyone's inventory at all.
