The recurring payment for land tier is established by the day of the month you first incurred the charges.  So if you purchased the land that caused you to have to pay Linden Lab tier on March 2 then every 2nd of the month the tier will be due again.  I don't think you can change it but you can call Billing Support to get a definite answer.
