I am having logging problems and am unable to enter the locations.

I have just created an account but everytime I try to log in with my username and password, the game won't load.  Please advise how to resolve this issue.

You'll have to explain what you mean by "the game won't load."  What does it do?  Do you get an error message of any kind?  How far does it get through the startup procedure?

While you're answering those questions, tell us what sort of computer you are trying to run Second Life on.  How much memory?  What graphics card?  What operating system?

To tell us those things, click on the Options link in the upper right corner of your question and select EDIT. Please do NOT start a new thread.
