loading inventory

I use Firestorm 4.3 and I crash every time I load inventory. I do not crash with my alt or in any other viewer, e.g. singularity. Thank you!

It's hard to say exactly what the problem is, but take a look at the list of potential cures at http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/fs_run_crash .

Have you had a chat with the Firestorm support group? Make sure you remember or record as many details as possible. Do ANY items load? How many? Do you recieve any error messages? How many items do you have to load? When did this problem start? Does anything unusual happen before you crash? What other viewers have you tried? What are your computer specs? Etc.

Once you have as much information as possible, use your other viewer of choice and the inworld Firestorm group if they  have any suggestions for you as to what might be going wrong and what you can do to fix it.
