You don't, probably.  It says right in the TOS (sect.3): "Linden Lab does not accept returns or provide refunds of products or services purchased from Linden Lab."  Still, it can't hurt to ask.  Call the Billing Office.  You will probably find that you are being billed for land fees on property that you owned at some time during the last billing period, even if you have since sold it.
