Get in touch with your Shoutcast Service provider.

What is happening is your service providers offers both Direct Streaming & Queued Streaming services. The Queued Streaming services allow the DJ to upload promos, music, and other PSA's onto the Relay Service servers.

You were assigned an account with a stream that was formerly owned by a Queued Streaming customer and the company did not properly clear all the stored media from the last customer to own it.

I had this exact same issue as well.
