I cant rezz at all since two days. Is something wrong with the network? Tried Changing viewers

In addition, try changing individually not all at once:

Skin

Shape

Bald Base

Eyes

Changing just my Eyes worked for me once when I couldn't rez for nearly two days even though my eyes were changed when I used a library avatar. It had to be done separately. Not saying that is the problem with you but do try Skin, Shape, Bald Base and Eyes separately in addition to all the Phoenix link suggests.
