Any interest in 1000 sq/m of land in Da Boom?

It's 1008 sq/m, 240 prims.

First sim in the game.  I've had it since 2003 but am not doing anything with it these days.

No water access, but how often can you buy part of the first sim?  It's a collecters item.  :)
