Marketplace stores cannot have more than one owner, because a store's account is identical to the owner's SL account.... a unique account.  You can share profits, however, so all your friend has to do is give you her items full perm so that you can set the "next owner" perms on them for posting in the store.  You can set the sharing percentage differently on each item, even.
