Why they are charging me $ 5 for a field, if I'm not own any land and I have a basic account ?

Check the land manager to make sure you don't own any land. Have you ever been Premium? If you had a Linden home and didn't abandon it, or if you bought land and didn't successfully abandon or sell it, they would still charge you. For help, you can call billing support:
