Aamic Zhong
Would like to set the hover of the AV after flight its low to the ground at 20 and then floats up to 24. Its just at the point where it makes it hard to get in and out of doors.. I wanted to know if anyone recalls in the debug settings or is there a setting to set the floating height from the ground or prim? its almost like its set to 4.0 and needs to be set to 1.0 or something like that... ty Also Im not talking about standing on something and it hovers.. This is about Flight and hover/floating point of AV
TristanMercer
I think you are referring to avatar offset. That is a feature that is in the Phoenix/Firestorm and some other third party viewers. In Phoenix you will find this settings under Preferences, Phoenix, Avatar Tab on page 1. In Firestorm >> Preferences, Quick Preferences, Height Offset
Jacob Knopfli
For whatever insane reason, Firestorm removed height offset from the quick prefs. I noticed today, as my avatar is floating well above the ground and I can no longer fix it...
Autumn Xomotron
with the new FS, the height offset is under editing your appearance - shape. (right click on your avi, select appearance, then shape. Should be in the first tab, scroll to the bottom) Cheers Autumn

When Server Side Baking goes live, 'offset' will be handled in a completely different way.
