Well as tthe tittle says how can I contact someone from Second life customer support?

I can't call because I'm from southamerica, maybe a mail adress could help me.

Sorry is my mistake, is a billing support and there is only phone numbers, the closest is from brazil and that is like 4 hours in plane from my country.

 

Any way to contact them beside calling?

Why not call using Skype with the regular Billing Support number?

The only way to contact support for anything other than a billing or fraud issue is by filing a support ticket or contacting them through live chat.  

If you are not premium you can't do either other than file a ticket for a few very limited support issues.  You are on your own other than asking in the answer's section here, where knowledgeable residents volunteer to help.
